Our head office is located in Tallinn, Estonia, with branch offices in Latvia and Serbia.

We have many various customers, including companies in the automotive and consumer electronics manufacturing industries, agricultural machinery manufacturers, large producers of modern equipment for outdoor advertising, and manufacturers of LED lighting systems for airports and large industrial facilities. Each of these companies has a vast experience in their area of business, and develops and introduces innovations in its field. Engineering Service

R&D engineers are responsible for engineering solutions and technological development of parts.
Quality control specialists inspect parts at different stages of production.
Products are developed according to customer requirements.
Drawings and 3D models are adjusted to meet technical capabilities of the factory.
The production process is constantly being improved.
Technical support is available at the stage of product development.
Quality control is performed according to the PPAP standards or requirements of the customer.
We can optimize the production process by substituting technologies, in order to find the most suitable and cost-effective solutions for our clients.

Logistics

Eurobalt® has a well-developed logistics chain, delivering goods in time and with appropriate handling.

Delivery can be done by:

– Sea transport – delivery within 35 days, starting from 90 EUR per ton

– Air transport – delivery within 10 days, starting from 3 600 EUR per ton

– Railway transport – delivery within 16 days, starting from 200 EUR per ton

– Express delivery companies – delivery within 5 days, starting from 20 EUR per kg

Delivery can be provided as “just in time”, from Eurobalt’s warehouse to the client’s warehouse (thas is a matter for additional discussion).

Eurobalt Engineering

Eurobalt Engineering is the main R&D department of our group. It is responsible for the first stages of our projects, including product development based on drawings, selection of technological processes, and production of tooling and samples, etc.

Eurobalt Hydraulics

Eurobalt Hydraulics is an industrial division of the group, specializing in manufacturing and supply of hydraulic cylinders together with all the accessories, as well as hydraulic stations, pumps, motors, valves, and all other elements of a hydraulic system.

Balkan Hidroagregat

Balkan Hidroagregat is a Serbian company specialized in customized hydraulic cylinders and a wide range of hydraulic motors, including radial piston motors, axial piston motors, and gear hydraulic motors. The company is dedicated to delivering high-quality hydraulic elements worldwide.

Our goal is to support the success of our customers in their permanent development and growth. Our experience in manufacturing technologies enables us to provide comprehensive consultations on technical matters with customers. We also provide assistance during the stage of planning and design in order to create the most economical product.

We carry out the entire production cycle, starting from the preparation of production and manufacturing samples of required products, up to a fully-fledged launch of batch production and regular supplies with optimal logistics solutions. All this allows us to ensure that products will be in the right place at the right time, while meeting required conditions, including full customs clearance.

Our design and engineering subdivisions in the group have wide experience in selecting necessary materials and choosing the correct method to manufacture a product. They deal with designing and making a required tool, organizing batch production, and adjusting it up to the deadline.

A strict system of a product quality and supplier validation, an uncompromising inspection system of received samples, involving independent expert organizations that control the quality according to the customer’s requirements, modern 3D coordinate measuring equipment, optical measuring machines, hardness testing machines and spectrometers, other standard measuring and testing devices – all of this allows us to supply high-quality manufactured components.
