For most manufacturers of hydraulic cylinders, the classic way to produce components is machining – for example, a machined piston rod is made of chrome-plated bars, and the pistons are produced from the rods or tubes.
The technical solution of Eurobalt Engineering is the production of components using the best technology. For example, machined rods or internal telescopic tubes are chrome plated after machining, in this way inner grooves are chrome plated too. We make hydraulic cylinder barrels completely finished, from honing the pipe to welding. It is also worth paying attention to the fact that the piston is being produced from the forged blank, it allows to reduce the material loss and increase the strength of the piston, thus increasing its operational characteristics.
