First, we begin with your drawings, a preliminary price offer is sent in a few days, if you like the prices we have a call, after the negotiation period we finalize on a price and then we sign the contract. Depending on the length of the contract, anywhere from 6 months to 3 years, we agree to keep the prices same.
The benefit of doing a contract for a long period of time means we have opportunity to plan for the production. We get to plan material purchase and delivery with our supplier, this results in us not having to increase prices every order. There are energy costs also but with our focus on renewable sources and a more efficient production line, the hike in energy cost will eventually be miniscule when spread out over a long time.
