Regarding our cylinder production experience, we have accomplished creating a 35-meter-long hydraulic cylinder in the past. That cylinder was designed for mining applications and is currently in operation in central Europe. It measures approximately 18 meters in length when fully closed and weighs slightly over 12 tons.

At present, Eurobalt has the capacity to manufacture 250,000 hydraulic cylinders per year. To address this, we offer up to 70 microns of chrome plating on the piston rod and cylinder painting for superior corrosion protection. of the process undergoing inspection to ensure the cylinders meet our quality standards. If requested by the client, we can supply material certificates to ensure that cylinder material requirements are being met. Before supervised assembly, every manufacturing component is checked for defects.

We accommodate all client sealing requirements. Clients can either provide their own seals or we can purchase them. If the seals are exceptionally specific and beyond normal standards, we request that the client procures them, with a corresponding value discount offered by us in the cylinder price.

Upon completion of production, we carry out final tests and present the subsequent report to the client for inspection. We are highly confident in the quality of our cylinders, thus providing our clients with a 2-year warranty, which is extendable. As long as the cylinder is used under the warranty terms, we accept full responsibility for its durability and functionality.
