Customized Water Filtration Tank Cover
Our company has received a client’s request to develop a cover for a water filtration tank that effectively removes impurities. A tank operating at 6 bar pressure must provide effective water filtration and purification. To simplify maintenance, the cover design incorporates a flange for easy welding to the main tank body.
We have designed and manufactured the cover in-house, leveraging our expertise in translating engineering solutions into mass production. To ensure a high-quality product, we have used AISI304 stainless steel for its durability and reliability over many years of operation. Employing advanced machining technologies, we have created a prototype of the cover as a single-block component.
Building upon the experience gained during the prototype development, we are ready to commence mass production of the cover. By optimizing the manufacturing process, starting with raw material blanks and implementing efficient machining techniques, we can reduce component costs and lead times. In response to our client’s specific requirements, some components have been produced in aluminum and bronze to explore all possibilities during system design and assembly.
