Nonstandard hydraulic cylinder
Hydraulic Cylinders must be consistent and reliable, but one shoe does not fit all when it comes to different manufacturers. Not only length, design, material, shape, but sometimes everything needs to be adjusted when nonstandard hydraulic cylinders are considered.
In an extremely competitive market, being able to supply customized nonstandard hydraulic cylinders (fully assembled or parts) is essential. At Eurobalt Engineering we value uniqueness and we are equally up to the task of providing our clients with nonstandard hydraulic cylinders based on customer-specific drawings.
Our manufacturing plant is fitted with new equipment installed solely with customer satisfaction with our product in mind. We can handle almost anything when it comes to customization and manufacturing based on clients’ drawings.
If you are looking for nonstandard hydraulic cylinders, then send us your drawings, we are best suited to meeting all your requirements. Here is a snapshot of what we can do for you.
Nonstandard Hydraulic Cylinder Manufacturing According to Customer Specific Drawings
Standard hydraulic cylinders may work for some, but with machinery of different shapes and sizes currently in the market being able to produce customized or nonstandard hydraulic cylinders is an essential requirement for manufacturers.
We, Eurobalt Engineering, have prided ourselves on being a customer-oriented company. So, while we produce and supply industry-standard hydraulic cylinders, we also love to work on nonstandard hydraulic cylinders based on customers’ drawings as it is more challenging. Here are some nonstandard things we have done in the past.
Nonstandard Length for Hydraulic Cylinders
According to one of our customers’ drawings, we produced a hydraulic cylinder of 32 meters in length. This is the longest hydraulic cylinder which left our factory and we would say that a 32-meter-long hydraulic cylinder is pretty nonstandard.
We get specific requests regarding the length of the cylinder all the time from our customers. Whether it is a single-rod cylinder or a telescopic one, our engineers and line workers can safely produce and test short and extremely long hydraulic cylinders manufactured according to customer-specific drawings.
Material, Length, Manufacturing Technology According to the Customer’s Choice
Not only do we manufacture long and standard-length hydraulic cylinders, but our customers are also welcome to specify the materials they want to be used during the manufacturing process. Steel 20, 45, or any other material according to the desire of the customer can be used in manufacturing hydraulic cylinders.
In addition to that, we provide the best possible price-quality ratio so our customers can make an informed decision. Sintering, die casting, and machining are the technologies that we make available to our clients.
Seals Based on Your Choice
Our customers can specify the type of sealing in their drawings. Different surroundings and temperatures require different sealing compounds, so we use the right seals according to the requirements provided by our customers.
We offer Hallite, Trelleborg, as well as other sealing agents to make sure that nonstandard hydraulic cylinders are ready for a specific environment they will be exposed to.
Our manufacturing team also handles special requests from our customers. When specified in the drawings, we can achieve up to 42 Bar of pressure in the cylinder. There is also a possibility of manufacturing solid forged piston rods, all nonstandard when it comes to hydraulic cylinders.
In addition to that, we offer chrome plating or chrome and nickel surface plating of up to 80 microns, while the quality of precision can be maintained up to H8 for tubes and f7 for piston rods.
Nonstandard hydraulic cylinders allow us to show off our experience and years of acquired knowledge. We manufacture it all according to our clients’ drawings and specifications, so you are welcome to send your inquiries and we will make sure everything is done perfectly according to your specific requirements.
